Resilience (from Latin resilire, "bounce back") is the ability to overcome difficult life situations without lasting impairment. It enables people to manage crises, pressure, and stress effectively and to deal with constant change in a focused and calm manner.
Resilient people have a particularly high degree of psychological strength. They are considered cheerful, balanced, creative, and adaptable and have a strong character and a healthy network. The good news is that it is never too late to increase your resilience!

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
Mindfulness, the caring handling of oneself and one's own resources is the central theme of this integral program. You first learn what mindfulness is and how it supports resilience. With targeted mindfulness exercises, you learn to deal better with stressful situations and promote self-care and self-efficacy. This provides a stable foundation for more clarity, inner calm, and serenity.
In the following modules, you will learn about the main resilience factors and how you can consciously activate and use your own resources. You reappraise your basic attitude, reflect and adjust your personal thinking and behaviours patterns to master your everyday life strengthened and more resilient.
